To Place an Order:

Regardless of how you place your order, we prefer that you submit your order using one of our order forms. We strongly suggest that all customers also first read our Terms which includes information about all aspects of placing an order with LEHLE SEEDS.

Fax orders can be made 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our fax machine is attached to a land telephone line separate from the internet so it is very secure. This is our preferred method for receiving orders at the present time.

Kindly do not submit your order as a plain text email. If you do, we will request you submit your order using one of our order forms. So save your time and ours by preparing your order using one of our order forms.

If you want to email your order form to us, first convert this to a standard pdf file which you attach to your email. Do not email attachments having any file formats other than pdf files.

There are several ways to convert your order form into a pdf file. You can print a paper copy and scan this directly to a pdf file. Most paper scanners include this capability. If you use our editable pdf order form, you can "print" your order form to any of a number of freeware pdf file maker utilities you have installed on your computer (e.g. www.dopdf.com). Programs like DoPDF will give you the option of saving your order form (or any other document) as a standard pdf file when you print to this utility by selecting it from your printer menu instead of your regular printer.

If you must email sensitive information (e.g. credit card information) in a pdf file, we recommend you encrypt your pdf file so it can only be opened with a password. In our Terms, we include a simple procedure for "How to Encrypt a PDF File" with a password. But given a choice, it is more secure and safer to fax or telephone your sensitive payment information.

If you cannot figure out how to make a pdf file from your order form, then fax your order form to us. If you don't have a fax machine, then mail your order form to us.

We would be very happy to receive your order form in the postal mail. Use our mail address above which delivers to our private mail box inside the Round Rock Post Office just down the street. This method is a little slower, but it is very reliable and secure. And did we mention that we collect foreign stamps!
