LEHLE SEEDS ORDERING INFORMATION
Fax orders can be made 24 hours a day seven days a week. FAX orders should include catalog numbers, quantity, description of the items, billing address, shipping address, and purchase order numbers.
Telephone orders can be placed during our regular working hours of 9 a.m - 4 p.m. central standard time. If we are unable to answer the phone when you call, leave your name and number at the tone and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Email orders can be made 24 hours a day seven days a week. Email orders should include catalog numbers, quantity, description of the item, billing address, shipping address, and purchase order number.

Unless otherwise indicated, terms are net 30 days. Prepayment is
required for new
accounts until a credit history is established. Payment for custom
projects is required
at project completion, but prior to shipment.
We require a minimum seed order of $40.00. All prices are US dollars.
Domestic orders for seeds, books, Vac-in-Stuff, and crossing supplies are
shipped via
UPS ground, with insurance on orders over $100.00.
International orders are generally
shipped UPS, DHL or FEDEX and all shipments will be
insured. Actual shipping cost
plus any insurance fee will be
charged. A phytosanitary certificate is required for all
international seed orders at a cost to the customer of $50 (US). Customers who want
express or overnight service will be charged
for it and must request this when the order
is placed. International
customers are responsible for payment of any and all importation
taxes and
fees. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Round Rock, TX, USA.
While we process orders as rapidly as
we can, our stated policy is to ship all in stock items
within 5 business days. Out of
stock items will be backordered. Customers will be notified
within 5 business
days of all backordered items and given an estimate of shipping date.
We encourage customers to order seeds and growing systems well in advance of expected
use so you have them when you need them.
ARASYSTEM orders outside
the U.S., Canada and South America should be placed with
Beta
Tech bvba (www.arasystem.com) which is headquartered in Gent Belgium.
Payment by credit card or purchase order is preferred. Prepayment by checks payable
through US banks
is acceptable, as is prepayment by international money order. LEHLE
SEEDS does not accept payment by wire transfers.
