| Custom Mutation - Effective January, 2009, due to understaffing
as the result of the global recession, LEHLE SEEDS has indefinitely suspended contracting custom EMS or irradiation-based
mutations. Phytosanitary Certificates - Effective January, 2012, LEHLE SEEDS
has indefinitely ceased providing the service of obtaining Phytosanitary
Certificates (PC) for seed orders. As LEHLE SEEDS is a commercial
company, it is our policy to be in full compliance with all customs
regulations concerning importation into foreign nations. Thus, for
those foreign nations whose customs regulations require a PC for
importation of seeds, LEHLE SEEDS has ceased shipping seeds to those
locations. The change in policy is due to understaffing at LEHLE
SEEDS and the service is expected to be reinstated as additional staff are
hired.
