| Custom Mutation - Effective January, 2009, due to understaffing
as the result of the global recession, LEHLE SEEDS has indefinitely
temporarily suspended contracting custom EMS or irradiation-based
mutations.
Phytosanitary Certificates - Effective July 2011, LEHLE SEEDS
will submit applications for phytosanitary certificates for seed orders no
more than once a month. Our goal is that all seed orders
requiring phytosanitary certificates and received during the previous 30
days will be processed together, hopefully during the first five
business days of each month.
